Groundskeepers work in the different areas of the Cove on a schedule displayed on the attached map. Their responsibilities are:

1. Trim trees up to a height of 12’ on normal schedule
2. Replace trees only if the existing tree is dead or dying twice a year in January and June.
3. Replace dead plants or shrubs twice annually. (Spring and Fall)
4. Keep the existing irrigation system working
5. See Map for their work schedule.

Tall trees will be trimmed January and June by Groundskeepers Professional tree trimming crew.

1. Obtain approval from the Landscaping Committee before planting anything in the area maintained by Groundskeepers. (Call Eleanor Owen at 574-7737)

1. If you want to maintain the common area in front of your property yourself, call the Landscaping Committee.

1. Problems and complaint should be reported to Stacey at Cadden Management. Co. at 520 297-0797

2. Cadden will forward the report to Groundskeeper’s Supervisor with a copy to the Landscaping Committee Chairperson Eleanor Owen.

3. The Groundskeepers will address your concerns.

4. The Landscaping Committee Chairperson or other Committee member will follow up with Groundskeepers to ensure resolution of the problem.
